Ingredients
10-15 Shrimp (your choice recommend Argentine Shrimp)
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons EVOO
2 shallots, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
OPTIONAL:
Roasted Broccoli
2 cups Fresh organic broccoli florets
drizzle in 1 tablespoon of EVOO
Himalayan sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon balsamic vinaigrette dressing to drizzle on broccoli
Mix all ingredients and add to an oven safe pan and broil
Broil in Oven for 2-3 minutes and then turn/ stir and broil additional 2 minutes
